"sesungguhnya orang-orang yang mencintai di dunia,akan bermusuh-musuhan di akhirat,

kecuali orang-orang yang mencintai antara satu sama lain atas dasar taqwa kepada Allah"

taqwa=takut kepada Allah.

thus,fear of Allah must comes first:)
